Avery Bradshaw is a Columbus, GA based art educator, artist, and musician.

Avery graduated from Columbus High School in 2012 with a Fine Arts seal, then studied Art Education at Columbus State University. Avery graduated with his Bachelor’s of Science in Art Education degree in 2017. Avery now teaches Visual Art at Blanchard Elementary School in Columbus, GA.

The majority of Avery’s current work explores the darker aspects of the fantastic and other-worldly. Along with some of his favorite visual artists, Avery’s current work draws influence from science fiction, horror, fantasy, literature, religion, and music (particularly heavy metal).

When not teaching or creating art, Avery creates music. Avery is the bassist and lead vocalist for sludge/death metal band Giger. Avery also creates solo music with his projects Disquieting, Ephemerus, and Decrepit Keep.

Avery lives in Columbus, GA with his wife Samantha and their four cats (Buddy, Binx, Lucy, and Butters).
